First Step Adolescent Center takes the following insurance:

 

All Oregon Health Plans

 

We currently hold contracts with Pacificare, Cigna, and other insurance carriers. Of course, the most effective means of determining eligibility is to call your insurance prior to making your first appointment.

 

Very often, when we are not contracted with your insurance, we will be able to work out an out of network single case agreement.

 

For those clients who do not have insurance, we offer a sliding scale based on the individual needs of the family.
